About
Soulful Somatic Coaching brings somatic coaching and astrology-based natal chart readings to Sebastopol and families across Sonoma County. Britta's work centers on helping clients understand their nervous systems, process stress and move through challenges with more ease and self-trust.
Her coaching style is compassionate and collaborative, offering practical tools that clients can take into daily life long after a session ends. Natal chart readings are personalized and thorough, with follow-up notes and reference materials that help clients keep reflecting on what they've learned.
