About
At Soul Body Healing Center, we help Fremont and the East Bay quiet a restless mind and build calm, clarity and balance in daily life. Our approach centers on our 30-day AAO (Arrive at Origin) program, a guided practice of observing thoughts and emotions without getting carried away by them.
Many of our clients start out finding even an hour of stillness difficult, and over the course of the program they learn to notice their thoughts, gently return to the present and feel more at ease with themselves. We also support clients in building self-awareness, emotional balance and clearer communication, qualities that carry over into work and relationships.
Guidance is patient and personal, and we walk with each person through the process one day at a time.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen a practice, you are welcome to book through Schedulicity.
