About
Sebastopol families and students across the Sonoma County area turn to Sonoma County Seido Karate for karate training that builds discipline, focus and confidence at every age. Our classes are led by Senpai Aidan, who pairs a warm, funny teaching style with genuinely high standards, so students feel comfortable while still being challenged to be present in both mind and body.
Our structured routine, with ceremonial openings and closings, teaches respect for instructors and fellow students, and many families tell us those habits carry over into school and home life. We welcome students of all abilities and body types, and our training develops focus, stamina, camaraderie and real technical skill.
Whether your child is just starting out or you have been training for years, we would love to have you on the mat.
