Somatic Nature Physical Therapy and Wellness brings holistic physical therapy and naturopathic care to the Mission in San Francisco. We build individualized recovery programs for frozen shoulders, arthritis, heel pain, shoulder injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation, including knee and ACL recovery.
Our approach looks at the whole body, reducing inflammation, restoring flexibility and balance, and correcting gait and alignment, with attention to nutrition and general wellness. We also work with athletes and dancers, understanding the specific demands their bodies face and helping them return to training stronger than before.
