About
At SOMA Hypnotherapy & Jin Shin Jyutsu, we help people in Novato and across Marin County find calm, clarity and lasting relief through hypnotherapy. Our sessions are offered over Zoom, so clients throughout the region can work with us from home.
We create a safe, warm and accommodating space where you can set your own priorities and goals and feel supported in reaching them. Many of our clients come to us for chronic pain, personal growth and business challenges, and we guide them into a focused, relaxed state so they can access their own inner resources.
Our approach is gentle and empathetic, and we also share practical tools, such as tapping for pain, that clients can use between sessions. Whether you are new to hypnotherapy or returning for more support, we'd be glad to help you take your next step.
