Sol Body is a massage therapy practice in Los Altos focused on therapeutic and prenatal massage for clients across Santa Clara County and the South Bay. We create a calm, quiet space that is warm, well ventilated and clean, with a heated table and soft sheets to help you settle in.
Our approach is attentive and intentional: we take time to find where your body holds tension, then apply just the right amount of pressure. Many of our clients come to us for relief in the neck and shoulders, and we leave them feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
We also offer prenatal massage, with a table designed for expectant mothers so they can rest comfortably through every stage of pregnancy.
