Society for Psychology in the Performing Arts (SPPA) is a psychology organization that supports performers and creative professionals across the East Bay and beyond. We bring together psychologists and volunteers who understand the particular pressures of performing arts life, from stage fright and audition anxiety to the demands of ongoing careers.

Our work centers on psychological support tailored to musicians, actors, dancers, and other artists. We welcome people from Dublin and throughout Alameda County who want a supportive space to address performance challenges and personal well-being.
