At Social Anxiety Support Center, we help people in Oakland and across the East Bay understand and manage social anxiety so they can move through everyday life with more confidence. We offer mental health counseling and psychotherapy, along with life coaching focused on building the skills and mindset that social anxiety can make difficult.
Our practice is women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly, and we welcome transgender clients in a safe, affirming space. We know that taking the first step can feel daunting, so we aim to make every conversation feel supportive, unhurried and free of judgment.
