About
For demolition, excavation and pool removal in Novato, SMI Demolition is here to help homeowners across Marin County with projects large and small. We handle everything from removing detached garages and old driveways to tearing out pools and clearing storage tanks, piece by piece when a job calls for it.
Our crews show up on time, work efficiently, and keep the site clean from start to finish. We take care of the planning, submit the plan and pull the permits, and document the work so it meets inspection requirements, with our office team available to answer questions along the way.
We're known for being flexible with scheduling and for being careful not to disturb anything else on your property.
Contact us by phone or stop by to talk through your project.
