At Smash Gyms Mountain View, we help Mountain View and the Peninsula build strength, fitness and confidence through Muay Thai, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and strengthening and conditioning classes. Our classes run back to back in the evening, so working adults can train before or after the workday, and we welcome complete beginners as well as experienced fighters.
