About
San Jose dog owners turn to Smart Paws Private Training for one-on-one, in-home dog training that fits each dog's own needs and temperament. Our trainer Amelia works with every dog individually, bringing calm patience and clear, practical guidance to each session.
Many of our clients have seen real progress in their dogs' behavior, with better listening and a stronger bond between dog and owner. We also take the time to help owners understand the reasons behind their dog's behavior, so the training carries over into everyday life.
Our sessions are built around the individual dog, including dogs with particular challenges, so each one gets the attention it needs to build confidence and skills. Whether you have a new rescue or a dog that needs some extra help, we would be glad to help you and your companion get started.
