Simm's Plumbing & Water

Based in Pescadero, Simm's Plumbing & Water provides plumbing and water system services for households across San Mateo County and the Coastside. Our team handles everything from water heater replacement and fixture repair to well pumps, control boxes and the distribution and storage tanks that complex rural water systems depend on.

We're a locally owned company with decades of experience, and we work carefully in older homes, protecting floors and finished woodwork during every installation. Our crew answers the phone and comes out quickly when a problem turns into an emergency, including late-night calls when a well has stopped and the tanks are running dry.

We take time to explain what's wrong and what our options are, and we keep our pricing fair and our communication clear from the first call to the final invoice. Many of the people we serve have been working with the same plumbers and office team for years, and we're proud of that continuity.
