Silicon Valley Acro

Silicon Valley Acro is a fitness center in Mountain View focused on acro, a fun, playful way to build strength, flexibility and teamwork. Our classes are open to all skill levels, from first-timers to students looking to keep progressing, in a fully mat-covered, enclosed space.

Our instructors are warm, patient and skilled, and they make safety a priority while keeping the energy high and the atmosphere approachable. Many students tell us the classes become the highlight of their week, and that the practice builds communication skills as much as acrobatic ones.
