About
Sierra Laurel Yoga brings yoga, meditation and Thai massage to Sebastopol and the wider Sonoma County community. We offer classes for every level, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners, with a focus on pacing that feels intentional and grounded.
Our approach goes beyond stretching, looking at how the mind and body connect and how practice can support different health goals, abilities and stages of life. We take the time to listen to what each person is looking for and explain how yoga can work for them, so every visit feels personal and approachable.
Our studio is a calm, welcoming space where people come to feel refreshed and centered. We also offer Thai massage with a gentle, attentive touch.
