About
Shorinji Kempo Karate is a martial arts school in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, built around the disciplines of Shorinji Kempo. We teach kung fu-style training to students of different ages and experience levels across San Francisco and the surrounding Peninsula communities.
Our classes focus on technique, self-defense, physical conditioning and the discipline that comes with steady practice. Students who train with us build confidence, coordination and respect for their training partners as they progress.
We welcome beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to deepen their skills in a supportive, structured setting.
