About
Shanti Healing is a massage and wellness studio in Hayward focused on targeted, therapeutic bodywork for people who want real relief, not just a relaxing hour. Our therapists take time at the start of every visit to learn about your daily activities, posture and any areas of tightness or old injury, so we can work precisely where you need it.
We offer deep, targeted massage alongside sauna sessions and red light therapy boots, which many clients add after a hike or a demanding training block. Our space is calm, spacious and kept spotless, and we pay close attention to cleanliness and hygiene at every step.
Many of our clients are active adults and athletes, along with people looking to step away from a busy routine, and we welcome them from across Hayward and the East Bay. Whether you're recovering from an injury or simply need a reset, we'd love to help you feel like yourself again.
Book through Vagaro to find a time that works for you.
