About
Kensington and nearby East Bay families turn to Shane Anna for psychotherapy that helps people work through life's challenges with clarity and care. We are a psychotherapy practice in Kensington, serving individuals and families across Contra Costa County and the surrounding East Bay.
Our work centers on talking through what is weighing on you, whether that is stress, life transitions, or the patterns that keep coming back. We take the time to understand each person's situation before suggesting a direction, so you always know what to expect from the process.
Sessions are unhurried and respectful, with an emphasis on practical steps you can use between appointments. Appointments are recommended, so we encourage you to reach out ahead of time to find a time that works for you.
