About
Based in San Jose, Shamrock MMA offers martial arts training in boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts for students across Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay. Our coaches are patient, technical and detail-oriented, breaking down movement and explaining why each technique works so that students of every level can build real skills.
We keep the atmosphere welcoming and respectful, pushing each student to improve while making sure beginners feel comfortable learning the fundamentals. Our conditioning rounds build real endurance and keep technique sharp when you're tired, and our semi- and full-contact stand-up, no-gi ground and MMA classes give you a well-rounded training schedule.
Many of our students have trained with us for years, and we're proud of the steady progress they make in their health, confidence and skill.
Try a free one-day lesson to see if we're the right fit, then book through our website.
