About
Calm focus, gentle guidance, and a warm, personal touch: that's what we offer at Shakthi Yoga, a yoga studio serving Pleasanton and the wider Alameda County community. We tailor each practice to the needs of the person in front of us, adjusting postures with care and checking in after every class to make sure you feel supported.
Our approach is patient and clear, helping you connect breath with movement while watching closely so each posture is safe and well suited to you. Families also come to us for classes that keep children engaged through fun, encouraging sessions they look forward to.
Whether you are starting your yoga practice for the first time or looking for a more mindful, enriching routine, we are glad to welcome you.
