About
Gentle attention, deep release, and a calming presence: that's what we offer at Shai Thai Massage. Shai works with clients in Sebastopol and across Sonoma County, offering Thai massage as a blend of stretching, pressure and restorative bodywork.
Before each session he takes time to learn about your body, the areas where you hold tension, and what you hope to improve, so every treatment is tailored to you. Many clients tell us they arrive a little unsure and leave feeling loose, restored and genuinely relieved of long-standing aches and knots.
Our sessions are unhurried and attentive, with careful attention to tight spots and trigger points. Shai also teaches the craft, so he's happy to share his knowledge with anyone interested in learning Thai massage.
