Shabuya

Whether you're craving a relaxed dinner out or a lively meal with friends, Shabuya offers all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu tailored to you. Our hot pot lets you build your own meal from a wide selection of quality meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, toppings, and sauces, so every table can cook exactly what they love.

Guests often tell us they appreciate the variety of broths, from rich, flavorful miso to our spicy options, and our flat iron steak, pork shoulder, and prime beef are favorites. Our team is known for friendly, attentive service, checking in regularly and happy to offer recommendations if you're new to hot pot.

We're proud to be a regular spot for families and friends across Concord and the East Bay who return again and again.
