About
At SF Hypnotherapy, we help Bernal Heights and San Francisco residents find deeper ease, balance and self-trust through hypnotherapy, craniosacral therapy and Reiki. Our sessions begin with a warm, unhurried conversation so we can understand what you want to address, and then we tailor each treatment to your unique needs.
Clients often describe our approach as gentle and genuinely compassionate, with space to talk about anything that matters to you. Our work has helped people break long-held habits, work through relationship questions and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
We also teach Reiki and Restorative Yoga, drawing on decades of experience. We are a women-owned practice that welcomes everyone, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients.
