At SF Body Therapy, we help athletes and active people across South of Market and the wider San Francisco area recover, move better and stay pain-free through skilled, hands-on massage therapy. We focus on deep, targeted bodywork that gets to the source of tension, whether that's recurring shin splints, stubborn neck and back knots or limited mobility that hasn't responded to other treatment.
Our sessions combine manual therapy with flexibility, strengthening and movement exercises tailored to each client's goals, so you leave with a plan as well as relief. We bring a deep knowledge of anatomy and how muscle systems connect, which lets us pinpoint exactly what is causing your discomfort.
Many of our clients are long-term members who return regularly for maintenance, and we're proud to support their training, travel and everyday routines.
