At Serendipity Restaurant & Bakery, we serve Concord and the East Bay with a student-run American restaurant that pairs good food with hands-on training. Our kitchen and dining room are run by high school students from Mt.
Diablo High School, who prepare every dish and take every order as part of their food service education. Guests tell us our meals are delicious, generously portioned and beautifully presented, and we're proud of the work our students put into each plate.
We also bake treats in-house, so you can stop in for something sweet alongside a lunch. Because we're a learning kitchen, our schedule follows the school calendar, so we recommend checking ahead before you visit.
