About
Sensibly Moved®, Intuitive Therapeutic Massage is a massage therapy practice in Santa Rosa focused on intuitive, therapeutic bodywork for clients across Sonoma County. We work with active people, including runners, to address recurring aches and injuries and keep you moving the way you want to.
Our sessions combine physical, emotional, and energetic work, with a focus on recovery from issues like frozen shoulder and desk-related strain. Each visit begins with a check-in about how your body and emotions are feeling, so every session is tailored to you.
We also share simple movement and stretching exercises that support your progress between appointments, always at a pace that feels manageable. Clients often tell us they feel seen, accepted, and deeply supported on our table.
