About
Based in Hayes Valley, Seismic Retrofitters provides seismic retrofitting and structural work for homeowners across San Francisco. We handle soft story retrofits for duplexes and multi-unit buildings, and we also help with ADU legalization and in-house structural engineering.
Our team takes time to understand each client's goals and keeps them informed at every stage, from the first questions through final inspection. We stick to the agreed price, work to a tight schedule without cutting corners, and keep job sites as tidy as we can.
We also offer free pre-purchase checks for buyers, reviewing public records and prior remodeling plans so new owners know what to look for.
