Seeker's Clinical Bodywork

Seeker's Clinical Bodywork is a massage therapy practice in Pleasanton, Alameda County, focused on clinical bodywork for posture, mobility, and chronic tightness. Our sessions begin with a thorough assessment, where we ask about your concerns and look at how your body moves, so the work targets the areas that matter most to you.

We pay close attention to how a problem in one area, such as the hips or lower back, can be connected to tension elsewhere, and we explain each step as we go. Many clients come to us for tech neck, shoulder and neck stiffness, and limited flexibility, and we're glad to see people leave feeling looser and more upright.

Pressure is adjusted to your comfort, and we check in throughout the session to make sure the work feels right for you. Each visit can include simple exercises you can do at home, so you have support between appointments as well.
