About
At Sean Tergis Massage, we help Glen Park and San Francisco clients ease stubborn body aches, pains and tension through skilled, intuitive massage therapy. Our sessions blend deep tissue work with stretching and other methods, adjusted to what each body needs that day.
We pay close attention to tough spots and to areas clients may not have noticed, so every session leaves you in better shape than when you arrived. Many of our clients have trusted us through years of care, including through pregnancy and recovery from injuries.
Our approach is grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy and how different parts of the body connect, and we often recommend simple stretches and movements to carry the benefits beyond the table. Clients across Glen Park and the wider city often tell us the calm, welcoming atmosphere makes each visit something to look forward to.
