About
Relief from long-standing pain, better movement, and a body that feels aligned: that's what we offer at Scott Free Somatics. Ralph Scott has been helping people in Sonoma and across Sonoma County for more than 20 years, using gentle, painless techniques that unwind, release and retrain the body.
Many of our clients come to us after other treatments have fallen short, including people with chronic neck and back pain, tendon injuries and the physical strain of demanding work or active lifestyles. Our sessions are about more than a massage: we work with you as an active participant, explaining what we're doing and helping you understand how your body moves.
Clients often notice the benefits in the days that follow, with a more natural gait and less lingering discomfort.
If you're ready to move with more ease, call or stop by to schedule your first session.
