About
Sarah Taggart, Ayurvedic Counseling & Reiki Energy Healing offers holistic support to people in Sebastopol and across Sonoma County who want to feel more balanced in body and mind. We provide Ayurvedic counseling, Reiki energy healing, and massage therapy, with a focus on personal wellness and health.
Our approach is grounded in the principles of Ayurveda, and we tailor each session to the individual in front of us. Clients often tell us they appreciate how gentle and calming our sessions feel, and how much time we take to explain what is happening and why.
Whether you are seeking relief from everyday stress or looking for a more mindful way to care for yourself, our work is designed to meet you where you are.
