At Sara Ouimette Psychotherapy, we help individuals and couples in Oakland's Grand Lake neighborhood and across the East Bay navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and major life transitions. We offer one-on-one psychotherapy and couples counseling in a warm, judgment-free setting, with an approach rooted in compassion, curiosity and deep respect for each person's story.
Many of our clients tell us they leave sessions feeling heard, cared for and equipped with practical tools they can use between appointments. We are a women-owned practice, and we are proud to be an LGBTQ+ friendly space and a transgender safespace.
Our work is also shaped by experience supporting people through loss and spiritual change, so we bring extra care to those moments of transition.
