For tai chi and qigong in the Mission, San Francisco Hunyuan Tai Chi Academy is here to help. Our classes welcome total beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and we meet students wherever they are in their practice.
Our head instructor, Malcolm, explains the core principles of tai chi step by step, so even complex movements feel clear and approachable. Many of our students have built real strength, mobility and confidence over time, and some have returned to practice for years.
