About
Relaxation, skilled bodywork, and mindful care: that's what we offer at Sam Sebastian Somatics. We're a massage and meditation studio in the Castro-Upper Market neighborhood of San Francisco, serving clients across the city and the wider Bay Area.
Our sessions blend somatic bodywork with a mind-body approach, paying close attention to where you hold tension and adjusting pressure so deep work stays comfortable. Many clients tell us they arrive with a busy mind and leave feeling noticeably calmer and more grounded.
We also bring in singing bowls and a carefully chosen music playlist to deepen the sense of stillness during each session. Whether you're recovering from everyday stress or feeling stuck and looking for something different, we'd be glad to help.
