Sacral Pelvic Wellness brings specialized physical therapy for pelvic health, postpartum recovery and pelvic pain to Bushrod in Oakland. We help clients across Oakland and the East Bay with postpartum recovery, sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, hip pain and scar tissue work.
Our approach is thoughtful and methodical, building exercises one step at a time so you are never overwhelmed. We combine hands-on treatment with posture work and practical tools for everyday comfort, including support for side sleeping and caring for your baby.
