Sacimcdonald offers gentle healing, steady breathwork, and energy kinesiology sessions for clients across San Rafael and Marin County. We work with people who want to release long-held patterns, ease stress and grief, and feel more at home in their bodies.
Our breathwork circles are held on Zoom, so a regular practice is easy to keep, and each session builds on the last. Energy kinesiology begins with an intake conversation and a scan that helps us identify what your body is holding, then we work through it together with care and patience.
