About
Sunnyvale diners turn to Sabor de Mercedes Mobile for freshly made Salvadoran pupusas and traditional plates that bring the flavors of El Salvador to the South Bay. Our pupusas are made to order, and the pickled vegetables that come with them are a favorite among our guests.
We also serve Salvadoreña breakfast plates, along with tacos and burritos made with the same care. Vegetarians and vegans will find plenty to enjoy on our menu, with a range of options built around fresh ingredients.
Our food truck serves families and food lovers across Sunnyvale and the surrounding Santa Clara County communities.
Come by for an authentic meal, and if you'd like to plan ahead, call us to check when we're serving.
