S & E Cafe 东南风 - 波記煲味館 brings classic Hong Kong-style comfort cooking to West of Twin Peaks in San Francisco. Our menu features Cantonese favorites such as beef chow fun, sautéed gailan, and crispy seafood noodles, alongside house specialties like black bean garlic ginger crab.
