About
Ruby Pilates brings reformer Pilates classes for every level to Sebastopol and Sonoma County. Our instructors adjust each lesson to the skill level of the people in the room, so beginners and experienced students alike feel at home.
We take the time to learn everyone's name from the first day, which helps every student feel welcomed and seen. Many of our students come to us after trying other approaches to chronic back pain, and Pilates has helped many of them move with less discomfort.
Whether you are new to Pilates or building on years of practice, our classes are a great workout that leaves you wanting to return. Our studio offers a wide range of class options, so you can keep your routine fresh and challenging.
