Rouse Relational Wellness is a relationship and sex counseling practice in San Francisco's Castro-Upper Market neighborhood, focused on warm, affirming therapy for individuals, couples and communities across San Francisco County. Our diverse team is LGBTQ+ owned and works with relationship concerns, including alternative relationships such as polyamory and the kink community.
We offer both in-person sessions and online therapy, so clients across the Bay Area can receive care that fits their lives. Our therapists take a trauma-informed approach, bringing inclusivity around gender and body identity into every conversation.
