RootFx

At RootFx, we help Mountain View and the surrounding South Bay residents ease persistent muscle pain, stiffness and joint aches through a practical approach that blends targeted massage with strengthening work. We begin by using hands-on massage to find the muscle groups that need attention, which often isn't limited to where the discomfort is felt.

From there, we build an exercise routine with you that works to strengthen and relax your muscles together, so relief can last beyond each session. Our approach feels like a natural mix of deep tissue work and strength training, and we take the time to explain what we're doing and why.

We serve clients who have dealt with repetitive strain, long-standing back tension and other muscular issues that haven't resolved on their own.
