Rooted Ethos Counseling & Psychotherapy is a counseling and psychotherapy practice in North Beach, San Francisco, focused on warm, trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. We are a women-owned practice, and we are proud to be LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safespace for everyone who walks through our doors or joins us online.
Our work spans talk therapy, marriage and relationship counseling, and trauma treatment, including EMDR and KAP sessions introduced with care once trust has been built. Clients often tell us they feel seen and safe with us, and that our pace and collaborative approach give them room to explore their feelings and find healing and growth.
We serve clients across San Francisco and the wider Bay Area, and our sessions can be held remotely. Appointments are required, and we recommend booking ahead.
