At Root & Rise Psychotherapy, we help individuals, teens and adults across Oakland and the East Bay grow toward a more grounded, self-aware life through trauma-informed, client-centered therapy. We meet each person where they are, using a strong clinical lens to address their unique concerns collaboratively.
Our approach is empathetic and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. Clients often find that our work builds self-awareness and personal agency, helping them recognize the ways they may be holding themselves back and move toward the change they want.
We also welcome LGBTQ+ clients and offer a transgender safe space.
