Based in San Mateo, RockSalt Pilates offers a Pilates-based workout that blends cardio, weights and music for fitness-minded people across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. Our classes are challenging and fun, designed so that working out never feels like a chore.
Our instructors are welcoming, caring and attentive, and many of our members come back to us after trying other studios around the Bay Area. We keep class sizes small, with around 10 people per session and one instructor, so every client gets personal attention and suggested modifications when they need them.
Our strength and sweat classes, along with our stretch sessions, give members a range of ways to build strength, flexibility and endurance.
