Our work centers on relationship counseling, with a focus on helping partners understand each other's thoughts and tendencies and communicate with greater appreciation.
We also offer individual therapy for clients who want to explore personal issues that surface during their relationship work. Our approach is compassionate, positive and easy to relate to, and we pay close attention to how each person is experiencing things.
We offer gentle course correction when a client starts spiraling or fixating on one negative aspect, and we encourage mindfulness practice between sessions so lessons carry into everyday life. We welcome clients from across the city who are ready to work on their relationships.
