Rivian

Friendly service, transparent communication, and genuine care for customers: that's what we offer at Rivian, the electric vehicle dealer serving South San Francisco and the Peninsula across San Mateo County. Our team takes time to explain every step, keeps customers informed throughout the process, and works to resolve concerns with empathy, whether you're taking delivery of a new vehicle or stopping in for service.

Our service center is well organized, with quick service pop-ups that often get owners back on the road in just a few minutes. Our lobby offers comfortable seating, a place to work, and complimentary coffee and water while you wait.

We're proud to support Rivian owners across the region with attentive, personal care at every visit.
