About
Flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned: that's what we offer at Ricos Tacos El Guero. We're a taco truck in San Jose serving the South Bay with carne asada, al pastor, lengua, and tripas, along with burritos made with a soft, well-balanced tortilla.
Our meats are seasoned well and crisped to order, and our salsa verde and house hot sauces bring a bright, balanced spice that guests keep coming back for. We also keep things friendly and quick, and our community-style outdoor table is clean and comfortable for sitting down and eating with friends or family.
Stop by our truck in San Jose and come taste the menu for yourself.
