Rick Trevino - Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Broker Associate

Based in Saratoga, Rick Trevino - Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Broker Associate helps buyers and sellers across Santa Clara County and the wider Bay Area with home purchases and sales. We guide first-time homebuyers step by step, explaining each part of the process clearly and patiently answering every question, however many come up.

Our approach is built on advocacy: we negotiate firmly on our clients' behalf and aim for terms that protect their interests. We bring deep knowledge of the local market, from price trends to neighborhood details, which helps clients find a home within budget and make a strong first offer.

When clients are selling, we take on much of the coordination with contractors and schedulers, so nothing gets overlooked and the sale moves forward smoothly even in a changing market. Throughout every transaction we stay responsive and proactive, so you always know where things stand.
