About
Whether you need a confident start for your child or a serious place to build martial arts skills as an adult, Renyuken Dojo offers martial arts instruction tailored to you. Our martial arts school serves families across Concord and the East Bay, with classes that help students grow in both skill and confidence.
Coach Lawrence is known for his patience and his ability to connect with students of all ages, which is a big part of why many of our students come to class eager to learn. Our judo classes focus on clear technique and special moves, giving students a skill set they can build on from one class to the next.
Parents tell us they appreciate seeing their children blossom on the mat, moving from hesitation to real self-assurance. We also offer private training for those who want one-on-one instruction and a more personal pace.
