Renee Pletka Intuitive Eating Counselor

At Renee Pletka Intuitive Eating Counselor, we help people in the Mission and across San Francisco build a calmer, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. We work as nutritionists, supporting clients who want to move past diet cycles and rethink how they think about eating.

Our approach is kind and non-judgmental, and we focus on reframing thoughts about body image so clients can talk openly about what has been weighing on them. Many clients tell us that working with us changed how they live day to day, bringing a sense of ease that goes well beyond the sessions themselves.

We serve individuals across San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area who are ready for lasting, compassionate support.
