Strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm: that's what we offer at Reform Room: A Lagree Studio, a Pilates studio in Fairfield serving Solano County and the surrounding East Bay community. Our 45-minute Lagree classes use slow, controlled movements on the reformer to build core strength and deep muscle endurance, and the workout stays challenging at every level.
Our instructors each bring their own teaching style and energy, so every class feels fresh, and they're skilled at offering modified options for beginners while keeping advanced students engaged. We keep the studio clean, comfortable, and intentionally small so you get the attention you need, and our welcoming, judgment-free community makes it easy to show up for yourself.
Members can also add time in our strength room and sauna, giving you more ways to build on your progress.
